UPCOMING DATES
Meeting dates will be announced on the morning announcements.
Meetings will be held Wednesdays from 3:15 - 4:30 normally.
If we have a meeting that week, announcements should be on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of that week.
Meetings are NOT held every week.
What is Art Club?
Art club here at the junior high is a place for like-minded artsy peeps to get together and create unique things. On top of going on some pretty cool field trips, we do art related fundraisers, art projects - such as tie-dying t-shirts, painting and creating a yearly, unique art club logo.
How do I become a member?
Listen to the announcements at the beginning of the year, art club has an application process to become a member. Art Club is usually kept at 25 students or less due to the amount of supplies and room available to work on projects throughout the year. Application location and due dates will be announced during morning announcements.

At the beginning of the school year, pick up an application and hand it in to Miss Confer or Mrs. Benitez by the given due date. Usually within a week, we send out acceptance letters with the first meeting date and Google Classroom code. At this time you may pay your dues.

Art club holds its members to a high standard. We require our students to attend a majority of the meetings or students may be ineligible to attend field trips or special events. Students that have ISS will be under review. If a student has multiple ISS or OSS, they will be asked to leave Art Club.
